RFQ data collected
Request type, valve family, product or model, duty and document requirements, name, country or region, email, and optional company and phone fields. The service also stores the visited page, user-agent, an idempotency identifier and a daily rotating IP hash; the raw IP address is not stored.
Purpose
To store and respond to B2B enquiries, prevent duplicate submissions, investigate abuse and create a follow-up record. The workflow does not use the information for automated decisions, profiling or advertising.
Browser storage
The site uses a language-preference cookie and session storage for the loader state and one RFQ idempotency identifier. It does not set marketing or cross-site advertising cookies.
Infrastructure and recipients
The RFQ service uses Cloudflare hosting and D1 storage. Service providers support website operation and information processing.
Retention
Enquiries, spam records and security logs are retained only for business processing, security maintenance and legal requirements, then deleted according to the applicable management rules.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after a visitor allows it. It helps measure page visits, device type, approximate region and enquiry entry points. Names, emails, phone numbers, company details and enquiry messages are not sent to analytics. The choice is stored in the current browser and can be changed through “Analytics preferences” in the footer.
