What should I send when enquiring about plug valves?
Send a product reference together with the operating conditions and project requirements. Use the checklist to make your request easier to review and to compare the scope of quotations.
Contact ZGV and send your requirements| Information | What to include |

| Product reference | Record the catalogue entry, drawing reference and quantity. An internal catalogue number is a reference for discussion, not an approved model specification. |
| Operating conditions | Provide the fluid composition, nominal size, operating and design pressure and temperature, including any unusual start-up or shutdown conditions. |
| Materials and installation | State body and internal materials, end connections, installation orientation and available space. Attach the project drawing where available. |
| Acceptance requirements | List the project specification, requested inspection documents and certificates. Ask for the offered configuration and any exceptions to be identified in the quotation. |
Can I enquire before the model is confirmed?
Yes. Provide the available project details and identify anything still to be confirmed. The catalogue can help you locate a reference; request written confirmation of the final model, dimensions and configuration before placing an order.
Does a catalogue entry confirm availability or certification?
A catalogue entry alone does not confirm stock, delivery dates or current certification. Include these requirements in the RFQ and check the scope of the documents supplied with the offer.
